The Hart Centre provides counselling and relationship help, Australia-wide. Their website was overloaded with information, poorly structure and difficult to navigate. The client was seeking to improve site conversion and stimulate business growth.
Solution
HMD delivered an impressive new site with a number of objectives; bringing in new business, engaging with existing clients and providing online resources. The site has a great deal of content – originally implemented for SEO purposes. HMD helped to organise and streamline the information, formatting it into a more useable state. A content management system allows the client to move forward with editing and uploading new content. The new site design is modern and fresh with strong branding and clear call to actions.
Results
The new site is an extensive portal of information to help potential and existing clients. The Hart Centre has grown, bringing onboard new counsellors and strengthening their position online.
