Brief:

Tenant Representation Services (TRS) provide commercial tenants with advice and guidance in property search and lease negotiation. With the changing and more competitive nature of their market, they recognised the need to improve their brand and marketing collateral and re-define their position.

Web Design Solution:

Having worked with HMD in the past, TRS recognised that bringing in branding and design specialists such as Hopping Mad was the right way to go. HMD brought in Quip Creative to partner in re-defining TRS and developing new collateral. A re-brand was decided upoon, and HMD developed a fresh new logo and colour palette, integrating a new tagline and developing a exciting new creative direction. The website is clean and modern, with engaging statements and a clear definition of the service offering.
