Good Samaritan Inn is a not for profit providing short-term crisis accommodation and support to women, children and young people. Their existing website, created with a theme, failed to effectively communicate the organisation’s services and values and lacked content. The site was difficult to update and maintain.
HMD worked with Good Samaritan Inn to plan a strategy for the site and ensure the structure and content were a better representation of the organisation. Clear navigation pathways were established, strong branding and engaging images were utilised.
